When the gas field enters the production stage, the pressure of pipeline transportation will pressurize the natural gas according to the different needs of pipeline network. Increasing dehydration through compressor can reduce wellhead flow pressure and further improve gas reservoir recovery.

Propane precooled mixed refrigerant liquefaction process (C3 / MRC) absorbs the advantages of cascade liquefaction process on the basis of mixed refrigerant liquefaction process, which is efficient and simple. In propane precooling cycle, propane provides cooling capacity for natural gas and mixed refrigerant through a heat exchanger. Propane is compressed to high temperature and high pressure by compressor, cooled by cooling water, flows through throttle valve to cool and depressurize, and returns to heat exchanger to provide cooling capacity for natural gas and mixed refrigerant. Theoretically, the composition ratio of mixed refrigerant should be different according to the composition and pressure of feed gas.
The process of liquefied natural gas (LNG) is mainly composed of two closed refrigeration cycles: propane compression refrigeration cycle (used for precooling mixed refrigerant and natural gas) and mixed refrigerant (used for condensing and supercooling natural gas).
This process is a mature MRC liquefaction cycle with high cycle efficiency, retains the characteristics of MRC process, has strong adaptability of feed gas, and has high refrigeration efficiency with segmented cooling.

LNG is a low-temperature liquid natural gas with a boiling point of - 162 ℃. It contains huge cold energy, about 830mj / T. LNG vaporizer can realize cascade utilization of cold energy;
-162 ℃~ - 100 ℃, air separation and rubber crushing;
-Dry ice was prepared from 80 ℃ to - 60 ℃;
-50 ℃ - 10 ℃, freezing, cold storage, air conditioning, etc.
LNG vaporizer recovers cold energy in LNG and realizes cascade utilization of cold energy according to actual situation.
The total mileage of long-distance natural gas pipelines in operation in China has reached 76000 km, and the total gas transmission capacity of trunk pipelines will reach 350 billion cubic meters per year. China's natural gas pipeline network mostly adopts the mode of cascade supply, trunk line provincial network municipal high-pressure pipeline (4 MPa) - primary urban gas-fired secondary urban gas-industrial Park franchisee. Natural gas transmission from high pressure to low pressure, and finally to the end user, throttle valve is generally adopted to reduce pressure, resulting in a lot of energy waste.
Natural gas expansion power generation and cold energy recovery system, including screw expansion generator set, heat pump heat supplement system, comprehensive cold energy recovery system, etc. The high-pressure natural gas from the upstream pipeline enters the screw expansion generator unit through the bypass pipeline, and enters the lower level urban pipe network after single-stage or double-stage isentropic expansion. During the expansion process, the screw expander drives the generator to generate stable electric energy, and the cold energy generated in the expansion process is transmitted to the refrigeration units such as ice making, air conditioning, refrigeration and refrigeration through the refrigerant circulation system. The heat pump heat supplement system heats the natural gas to the specification. The high-pressure natural gas from the upstream enters the natural gas expansion generator unit through the bypass pipeline. After one or two stages of expansion, the pressure drops to the required pressure, and then returns to the main road to enter the lower municipal pipe network. During the expansion process, the generator is driven to generate electricity. After expansion, the low-temperature natural gas is heated by the carrier refrigerant, and the outlet temperature rises to above 5 ℃ to prevent ice blockage and ensure the safety of natural gas pipeline network. The refrigerant circulation system transfers the heat energy generated by the heat pump refrigeration system to natural gas, and transfers the cold energy generated in the process of natural gas expansion to the heat pump refrigeration system, and the refrigeration system recovers the cold energy for refrigeration.
