Screw expansion generator set includes screw expander, generator, oil separator, condenser, evaporator, regenerator, oil heater, re cooler, working fluid pump, and control system. It can generate power or drive power equipment such as fan and water pump by using low and medium grade waste heat resources. The device is connected with the existing system through valve switching, which does not affect the normal operation of the existing system. Screw expansion unit adopts integrated skid design, compact shape and small floor area, which can realize overall transportation and installation.

According to the different driving types, the screw expansion generator set can be divided into Orc screw expansion generator set and steam direct drive screw expansion generator set.
According to different types of waste heat, ORC screw expansion generator set can be divided into s hot water type and Q steam type. S hot water type refers to the use of hot water, hot oil or other hot solutions, the scope of application is more than 75 ℃. Q steam type refers to the use of steam, the scope of application is more than 0.1MPa of steam.
