The semi closed screw chiller / brine / glycol unit is a self-developed semi enclosed screw chiller unit independently developed by our company on the basis of many years' design and production of screw refrigeration unit. It combines high efficiency, high automation and high reliability perfectly, providing users with a more convenient, more economical and more reliable refrigeration equipment.
The semi closed screw chiller / brine / glycol unit uses R22 as refrigerant. It is a complete refrigeration system mainly composed of world famous brand semi closed screw compressor, condenser, evaporator, economizer (low temperature unit configuration) and necessary electrical automatic control equipment. The cooling water of the condenser and the refrigerant inlet and outlet of the evaporator are equipped with matching flange to facilitate the connection of the user system.
The heat preservation of the unit has been completed and tested when it leaves the factory. The user can use it as long as it is equipped with cooling water system and carrier refrigerant system.

Screw type brine / ethanol / alkaline water unit is widely used in various fields of industrial refrigeration to meet different process requirements.
The screw type brine / ethanol / alkali water unit uses R22 as refrigerant, providing a low-temperature cold source below 3 ℃, and the outlet water temperature can reach - 35 ℃.
According to the needs of users or process, the carrier refrigerant can be salt water (sodium chloride or calcium chloride solution), ethanol (alcohol) or glycol aqueous solution, alkaline water (sodium hydroxide) solution, etc.
Screw type brine / ethanol / alkaline water unit is mainly composed of screw refrigeration compressor unit, condenser, evaporator and necessary control equipment. The inlet and outlet of cooling water and refrigerant are equipped with matching flange (except threaded interface) to facilitate the connection of user system.
All the units are delivered in the form of skid. All the pipelines have been connected and tested before delivery. Users can use the cooling water system, the carrier refrigerant system and the electrical system, and add appropriate amount of refrigerant and refrigeration oil.
